Policy Notes
Delivery
Equipment is delivered on the day of the event between 8am and 5pm. Delivery items will only be delivered either to a back yard accessed by an alley or to your front door/garage front residence deliveries. Dance Floors and Tents will be set up . Please note that an extra fee will be assessed to your total rental amount if the items need to be carried 40ft or more (final decision on extra fees are at delivery drivers' discretion).
Equipment Pick Up
Tables and chairs are to be broken down and placed in stacks for pick up, where they were dropped off unless you paid in advance for set up and take down services. A $75 take down fee applies for all items not taken down at pick up. All items are to be wiped free of any excess dirt or food to avoid a $75 clean up fee. All food service items are to be throughly rinsed prior to pick up. Linens are to be rid of food, flowers, etc. Any permanent damage to linens is renters' responsiblity. Please do not put linens in plastic bags, they will mildew.
Deposits/Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required for all rentals and it is non refundable if you cancel your order.
Damage/Loss Responsibility
You as the customer is responsbile for any damage and/or loss caused to the item(s) while in your care. Items rented are the customers complete responsibility and the customer are responsible for any damage, theft or misuse of these items.
Waiver
We the renters (Dallas Event Rentals / S&E Party Pros) are not responsible for any damage or injury cause to the customers or their guests. The customer will use items properly and be solely responsible for any injury caused by our rentals to anyone.
