Dallas Event Rentals Q&A – Party Rental, Delivery Pricing & Services FAQ
What’s your return policy?
We have 3 options if you decide to cancel your rental.
- You are allowed to reschedule your rentals to any date no more than 3 months after the date of your event was scheduled.
- 50% cancellation Fee at any time after making the reservation.
- 100% cancellation fee (NO REFUND) if you cancel 3 days or less before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Do I need to Make a reservation?
Reservations are required to reserve your equipment as soon as possible so that you know you will be able to get what you need. All Reservations are done Online, by email. We do not do reservation over the phone.
How Do I Make a Reservation?

Request an Estimate – Fill out the estimate request form on our website. You’ll receive a detailed estimate via email from QuickBooks Online.

Approve the Estimate – Review the estimate and reply to the email to confirm your approval.

Receive & Pay the Invoice – If no changes are needed, we’ll send you an invoice via QuickBooks Online. Once paid, your reservation is secured!

Schedule Delivery – After payment, we’ll contact you to arrange a 2-hour delivery window between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Event equipment is reserved upon signed receipt rental agreement and a 50% deposit for orders over $500 and 100% for orders under $500. The full balance of order is due 3 business days prior to delivery.
Do You Offer Delivery for Event Rentals in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Area?
Yes! We provide event rental delivery services throughout the entire Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex, including:
Dallas County – Dallas, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, Richardson, Carrollton, Addison, and more.
Collin County – Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Prosper, Celina, and surrounding areas.
Denton County – Denton, Lewisville, Flower Mound, The Colony, Little Elm, and nearby cities.
We service all DFW zip codes—simply provide your event address when requesting a quote, and we’ll confirm availability.

Do You Offer Customer Pickup for Event Rentals in Dallas?
No, we currently do not offer customer pickup options. To ensure the highest quality and convenience, we only provide delivery service for all our party rentals, event equipment, and tent rentals throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) area.
