  2. 50% cancellation Fee at any time after making the reservation.
  3. 100% cancellation fee (NO REFUND) if you cancel 3 days or less before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

9. What kind of water should be used? 
  • Tap water can be used; distilled water is not necessary. Optimal water temperature is around 175°F (79°C).
