  1. You are allowed to reschedule your rentals to any date no more than 3 months after the date of your event was scheduled.
  2. 50% cancellation Fee at any time after making the reservation.
  3. 100% cancellation fee (NO REFUND) if you cancel 3 days or less before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • The machine needs a dedicated 20 amp circuit. A second power cord can be used for faster heating, but it must be on a separate circuit. 
9. What kind of water should be used? 
  • Tap water can be used; distilled water is not necessary. Optimal water temperature is around 175°F (79°C).

  • The area in front of the nozzle can become wet. Keep this area clear, especially on slippery surfaces like marble, and clean immediately after use to prevent slips.
