All Estimates are done by submitting the "Estimate Request Form" link below. We do not do estimates over the phone. We only answer general questions via phone calls.
**Dishware and Glassware Return Policy**
At the time of Pick Up, our drivers will check all dinnerware and glassware to ensure they are returned clean and in good condition. We kindly request that all items be washed and dried prior to our arrival for pickup. If any dinnerware or glassware is found to be dirty, the drivers will not pick up the dirty equipment. There will be an extra pick up fee for having to come back at a later time. If equipment is not clean at the second pick up trip, an extra cleaning fee will be assessed to cover the additional cleaning required plus the extra pick up fee.. We appreciate your cooperation. Thank you for your understanding!

CANCELLATION FEE
What is the cancellation Fee?
We have 3 options if you decide to cancel your rental.
- You are allowed to reschedule your rentals to any date no more than 3 months after the date of your event was scheduled.
- 50% cancellation Fee at any time after making the reservation.
- 100% cancellation fee (NO REFUND) if you cancel 3 days or less before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
