A: Dishware and Glassware Return Policy: At the time of Pick Up, our drivers will check all items to ensure they are returned clean and in good condition. We kindly request that all glassware be washed and dried prior to our arrival for pickup. If items are found dirty, drivers will not pick them up, resulting in an extra pickup fee and a potential cleaning fee.

Q: What happens if a glass breaks or is missing?
A: A standard breakage fee per item will be outlined in your rental agreement. We understand minor breakage occurs at events. For excessive loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, additional charges will apply.
