2. 50% Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee applies at any time after making the reservation.

3. 100% Cancellation Fee (NO REFUND): If you cancel 3 days or less before your event, there is a 100% cancellation fee with NO EXCEPTIONS. We strictly adhere to this policy due to logistics, inventory allocation, and scheduling commitments.
