Q: What is typically included in a "set" of dinnerware or flatware?
A: A standard place setting for dinnerware usually includes a dinner plate, salad/dessert plate, and sometimes a bowl. Flatware sets include a dinner fork, salad fork, knife, teaspoon, and sometimes a soup spoon. Specify your needs when ordering.

Q: Do you provide serving platters, bowls, and utensils?
A: Yes, we offer a full range of catering serving pieces including platters, bowls, buffet utensils, and pitchers. Please let us know your serving needs when you call for a quote.

Q: How are the items packaged and delivered?
A: All dinnerware and glassware are delivered in secure, stackable plastic crates. Flatware is bundled in sets. This ensures safe transport and makes it easy for you to handle and store items before and after the event.

Q: What is our responsibility for cleaning?
A: Dishware and Glassware Return Policy: At the time of Pick Up, our drivers will check all dinnerware and glassware to ensure they are returned clean and in good condition. We kindly request that all items be washed and dried prior to our arrival for pickup. If any dinnerware or glassware is found to be dirty, the drivers will not pick up the dirty equipment. There will be an extra pick up fee for having to come back at a later time. If equipment is not clean at the second pick up trip, an extra cleaning fee will be assessed to cover the additional cleaning required plus the extra pick up fee.

Q: What happens if something breaks or goes missing?
A: A standard breakage fee per item will be outlined in your rental agreement. We understand minor breakage occurs. For excessive loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, additional charges will apply.

Q: Do you offer delivery, setup, and pickup?
A: We offer delivery and pickup services (fees apply based on location). We do not offer table setting or setup services. Items will be delivered to a designated, ground-level area at your venue.

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: For weddings and large events, we recommend finalizing your dinnerware order at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for peak season weekends (spring and fall). This ensures availability of your chosen styles.

Q: What is your delivery area in DFW?
A: We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, McKinney, Denton, and surrounding communities.

Q: Do you rent glassware (wine glasses, etc.) as well?
A: Absolutely. We have a full inventory of glassware rentals including water goblets, wine glasses, champagne flutes, and highball glasses. Ask about adding barware to your package.
