Q: Do the stools require assembly upon delivery?
A: Most of our bar stools are delivered fully assembled and ready to use. Some styles may have minor assembly (e.g., attaching the seat to the base), which is quick and tool-free. Our delivery team can handle basic placement.

Q: Can I mix and match different styles?
A: Absolutely! Many clients create a custom look by mixing styles, such as alternating Black and White Leather stools or placing a few LED stools as accents within a set of classic stools.

Q: How are the stools delivered and picked up?
A: Stools are neatly loaded onto our trucks. We will deliver them to a ground-level, accessible area at your venue (e.g., loading dock, garage, or entrance). You are responsible for moving them to their final position unless setup service is purchased. For pickup, they must be returned to the same accessible area.

Q: What is your delivery area and fee?

A: For weekend events and weddings, we recommend reserving your bar stools at least 3-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall). Popular styles like the Clear Ghost and LED stools book very quickly.

A: Yes, our LED stools are typically battery-operated. They include fresh batteries and can run for the duration of most events (often 8-12 hours). They feature multiple color settings and modes to match your lighting theme.

Q: Is there a minimum rental quantity?
A: There is no strict minimum, but delivery fees make smaller orders less economical. We are happy to provide quotes for any quantity. For very large orders (100+), we offer volume discounts.

Q: Do you offer setup service to place the stools around the venue?
A: Standard delivery includes offloading to a designated area. Full setup—unpacking and placing each stool at specific tables—is not included but can be added as a premium service for an additional fee. Please inquire when booking.
