Q: What is included with each table rental?
A: Each rental includes the table itself (e.g., felt layout, padded arm rail, Roulette wheel). It does NOT include gaming chips, cards, dice, playing money, or a dealer.

Q: Do you provide poker chips, cards, and dice?
A: Yes, we do provide gaming accessories for an additional fee.

Q: Do you provide dealers or game operators?
A: We rent the equipment only. You must provide your own dealers or game operators. Many clients hire professional dealing services or use knowledgeable volunteers for charity events.

Q: How many players can each table accommodate?
A:

• Poker/Blackjack Tables: Typically seat 8-10 players.

• Roulette Table: Can accommodate 6-8 players per spin.

• ESPN Poker Table: Seats 10 players comfortably.

Q: Do the tables require power?
A: Standard Poker and Blackjack tables do not. The ESPN LED Poker Table require a standard 110V electrical outlet nearby for lighting and, in the case of Roulette, the wheel mechanism.

Q: Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown?
A: We provide delivery and pickup (fee applies). Professional setup and breakdown are NOT included in the table rental price. We deliver the tables to your venue. You are responsible for their placement and any final assembly (e.g., attaching legs). We highly recommend adding our professional setup service.

Q: What is your delivery area in DFW?
A: We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, McKinney, Denton, and all surrounding areas.

Q: How far in advance should I book casino tables?
A: For weekend events, especially during peak gala seasons (spring & fall), we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Our table inventory is limited and in high demand.

Q: Can the tables be used outdoors?
A: The tables are designed for indoor use only. They can be used under a fully covered, dry, and level outdoor structure (like a solid tent), but must be completely protected from moisture, wind, and direct sunlight.

Q: Do you offer packages or discounts for multiple tables?
A: Yes! We offer discounted rates for Casino Night Packages that include multiple tables (e.g., 2 Blackjack, 1 Poker, 1 Roulette). This is the best way to create a full casino experience.
