Q: What is the difference between a 4ft and a 6ft bar?
A: The 4ft bar is more compact, ideal for 1-2 bartenders and smaller events or limited spaces. The 6ft bar provides more workspace and frontage, perfect for 2+ bartenders and larger guest counts.

Q: What is a "Serpentine" bar?
A: A serpentine bar has a curved front (like a gentle "S" shape). This design allows bartenders to be closer to guests and creates more interactive, engaging service points than a straight bar.

Q: What's included with the LED Bar rental?
A: The LED Bar is a premium unit with integrated color-changing LED lights that can be controlled to match your event's mood. It typically includes the illuminated bar structure. Specific lighting controls will be confirmed at booking.

Q: Do the bars come with ice wells, sinks, or refrigeration?
A: Our portable bars are dry bars, meaning they provide the structure and counter space. They do NOT include sinks, running water, ice wells, or refrigeration. You will need to supply separate ice tubs, coolers, and beverage dispensers.

Q: What does "skirted" mean for the 6ft bar?
A: A "skirted" bar rental includes a professional fabric skirt attached to the front and sides of the bar base to conceal the underside and create a polished, finished look.

Q: Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown?
A: We provide delivery and pickup (fee applies). Setup and breakdown are NOT included in the rental price. We deliver the bar to your venue's designated area. You or your venue staff are responsible for placing it in its final position. We highly recommend adding professional setup.

Q: What is your delivery area in DFW?
A: We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, McKinney, Denton, and surrounding communities.

Q: How far in advance should I book a portable bar?
A: For weekend events, especially during peak wedding season (spring & fall), we recommend booking at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Specialty bars like the LED and Tiki styles have limited availability.

Q: Can the bars be used outdoors?
A: Yes, our portable bars are suitable for outdoor use on level ground. However, they are not weatherproof. For outdoor events, they must be under a tent, canopy, or other covering to protect from rain and direct sun.

Q: Do you rent other bar supplies?
A: Yes! We offer complete bar equipment rentals including ice chests, beverage tubs, speed rails, bottle openers, and glassware. Ask us about creating a full bar package.
