Q: What exactly is a charger plate?
A: A charger plate (or service plate) is a decorative base plate placed under dinner plates, bowls, and salad plates in a formal table setting. It is not used for eating from but is removed before the main course or left in place throughout the meal as a decorative element.

Q: What size are your charger plates?
A: Our chargers are standard event size, typically 13 inches in diameter. This is the perfect proportion to frame a standard 10-inch dinner plate with an elegant border.

Q: How are the chargers packaged and delivered?
A: Chargers are delivered stacked in sturdy plastic racks, 12 chargers per rack. This ensures safe transport and makes counting and handling incredibly easy for you and our team.

Q: What is our responsibility for cleaning?
A: Dishware and Glassware Return Policy: At the time of Pick Up, our drivers will check all items to ensure they are returned clean and in good condition. We kindly request that all chargers be washed and dried prior to our arrival for pickup. If items are found dirty, drivers will not pick them up, resulting in an extra pickup fee and a potential cleaning fee.

Q: What happens if a charger is broken or lost?
A: A standard breakage fee per charger will be outlined in your rental agreement. We understand minor breakage occurs. For excessive loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear, additional charges will apply.

Q: Do you provide delivery, setup, and placement on tables?
A: We provide delivery and pickup (fee applies). We do not offer table setting services. Chargers will be delivered in racks to a designated area. You or your caterer/planner are responsible for placing them on the tables.

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: For weddings and large events, we recommend finalizing your charger plate order at least 6-8 weeks in advance. Popular styles and colors (like gold, wood, and toile) book very quickly, especially during peak wedding seasons.

Q: What is your delivery area in DFW?
A: We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, McKinney, Denton, and surrounding areas.

Q: Do you rent the dinner plates, glassware, and flatware that go with the chargers?
A: Absolutely. We offer complete dinnerware, glassware, and flatware rentals in a variety of styles to perfectly complement your chosen chargers. Ask us about creating a coordinated tabletop package.
