Q: Is setup included in the rental?
A: Basic setup is NOT included but is highly recommended as an add-on service. Our technician can set up the system, pair it with your phone via Bluetooth, perform a sound check, and give you a quick operational tutorial to ensure perfect performance.

Q: How many people can this system cover?
A: The Bose L1 Pro16 is designed to provide clear, even coverage for 75-100 guests in typical event environments (ballrooms, tents, outdoor patios). Its 180-degree dispersion is exceptionally efficient.

Q: Can we play music from a phone or laptop?
A: Absolutely. The system features built-in Bluetooth for wireless streaming. It also has wired inputs (¼" and XLR) for direct connection from a laptop, DJ controller, or other audio source.

Q: How many microphones can we use?
A: The bundle includes 1 premium Shure wired microphone. The built-in mixer has 3 channels, allowing you to add additional wireless or wired microphones (available for rent) for multiple speakers or performers.

Q: Is it difficult to set up and operate?
A: It is remarkably simple. The column connects to the base, you plug it in, and connect your mics/music. The Bose L1 Mix app provides intuitive wireless control over volume, EQ, and effects. Our setup service makes it foolproof.

Q: What are the power requirements?
A: The system operates on a standard 120V wall outlet. We recommend dedicating an outlet to the system without sharing it with other high-draw equipment.

Q: How far in advance should I book for a wedding?
A: As a premium, high-demand system, we recommend booking 2-4 months in advance, especially for spring and fall weekend dates.

Q: Can it be used outdoors?
A: Yes, but it must be under full cover and protected from any moisture (e.g., under a solid tent or pavilion). The system is not weatherproof and should never be exposed to rain or direct sun for extended periods.

Q: Do you offer a wireless microphone option instead of the wired one?
A: Yes. You can substitute or add professional wireless handheld or lavalier microphone systems to your rental. This is popular for wedding officiants and roaming presenters.
