We operate strictly on a delivery-only basis.

• Delivery: We bring the confetti cannon directly to your Dallas/DFW venue. No customer pickup option.

• Setup and Takedown: These services are not included in the base price.

• Availability: Professional setup and takedown services are available for an extra fee.

Proper confetti cannon setup ensures correct CO2 connections, safe positioning, and optimal effect timing. Setup services are highly recommended for proper installation and proper setup for equipment to avoid problems. Our experienced technician will arrive, position the cannon, connect the CO2 system (your tank), test the effect, and ensure everything works perfectly before your guests arrive.

Cancellation Policy

We have three options if you decide to cancel your rental:

• Reschedule: You are allowed to reschedule your rentals to any date no more than 3 months after the date of your event was scheduled.

• 50% Cancellation Fee: At any time after making the reservation.

• 100% Cancellation Fee (NO REFUND): If you cancel 3 days or less before your event. NO EXCEPTIONS.
