Q: How are the stools powered, and how do I charge them?
A: Each stool has a built-in, rechargeable lithium-ion battery. We deliver them fully charged. They include a standard charging cable. After your event, you would need to recharge them if used extensively before our pickup.

Q: Can I control all the stools with one remote?
A: Typically, each stool operates independently with its own remote. For a synchronized light show across multiple stools, they must be set to the same mode and color manually. Some advanced models may sync; please inquire at booking.

Q: What is the seat height, and what table does it pair with?
A: The stool has a fixed 30-inch seat height. This is designed for standard bar-height tables and counters that are 40-42 inches tall.

Q: Are they safe to use outdoors in the rain?
A: They are water-resistant, meaning they can handle light moisture, dew, or being used on a damp patio. They are NOT waterproof and should NOT be submerged, left in heavy rain, or hosed down.

Q: Do you deliver, set up, and charge the stools?
A: We provide delivery and pickup (fee applies). Setup is not included. We deliver the stools to a designated area. You are responsible for placing them and ensuring they are turned on/off. We deliver them charged, but charging during the event is the renter's responsibility if needed.

Q: What is your delivery area in DFW?
A: We deliver throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, McKinney, Denton, and surrounding areas.

Q: How far in advance should I book these specialty stools?
A: LED stools are a high-demand, low-inventory specialty item. For weddings and major events, we strongly recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates in peak seasons.

Q: What is the weight capacity?
A: These are sturdy, commercial stools with a typical weight capacity of 250-300 pounds. The steel frame and construction are designed for event use.

Q: Is there a minimum rental quantity?
A: Due to their high impact, even a few stools can transform a space. There is no strict minimum, but we often recommend 4-6 stools to create a noticeable "zone" or cluster, such as around a signature cocktail table or lining a stage.

Q: What happens if a stool's lights stop working during my event?
A: The technology is very reliable. Ensure the stool is powered on (often a discreet button) and has battery charge. We include basic troubleshooting guides. For peace of mind, consider renting one extra stool as a backup.
