Q: Is professional setup included?
A: No, setup is not included in the base rental price. Professional setup is available as an add-on service and is recommended for optimal image quality and proper equipment handling.

Q: Do you deliver to my Dallas venue?
A: Yes, we are a delivery-only service. We deliver all equipment to your DFW location. Customer pick-up is not available.

Q: How do I choose between the Epson and Optoma projectors?
A: Consider your audience size, room lighting, and content importance. The Optoma offers greater brightness and is better for larger rooms or spaces with ambient light. The Epson is cost-effective for smaller, controlled environments.

Q: What connections do the projectors have?
A: Both projectors feature standard connections including HDMI (for laptops, Blu-ray players, streaming devices) and VGA (for older laptops). Adapters are available if needed.

Q: Do you provide projection screens?
A: Yes, we rent various sizes of tripod and fast-fold projection screens separately. Ask about adding a screen to your rental.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: For Dallas events, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance. For weekend weddings and major conferences, 3-4 weeks is advisable.

Q: What is your delivery area in DFW?
A: We serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Delivery fees are based on your venue's zip code.

Q: What power requirements are needed?
A: Both projectors require a standard 110V electrical outlet near the setup location.

Q: Can the projectors be used outdoors?
A: Yes, but with important considerations. You need a completely dark environment (after sunset) and a protected, dry location for the equipment. The brighter Optoma is significantly better for outdoor use.

Q: Do you provide audio equipment?
A: Projector rental includes video only. We offer complete PA system and speaker rentals separately to handle your audio needs.

Q: What is the rental period?
A: Standard rental is 24 hours. Multi-day rates are available for conferences and weekend events.

Q: Can I connect my laptop, iPhone, or iPad?
A: Yes. For laptops: direct HDMI or VGA connection. For iPhones/iPads: you will need a Lightning-to-HDMI or USB-C-to-HDMI adapter (which we can rent to you).

Q: Do you provide technical support during my event?
A: While we don't provide on-site staffing for the entire event, our setup service ensures everything is working correctly beforehand. We provide a contact number for urgent technical questions.

Q: What happens if the projector stops working during my event?
A: We test all equipment before delivery. In the rare event of a failure, we offer emergency support and, if necessary, a replacement depending on time and availability.
