A: Yes, we provide specialized delivery for these premium tables across Dallas-Fort Worth. The $120.00 rate is per table. A mandatory delivery and handling fee will apply.

Q: Why is professional setup strongly required?
A: Due to the table's significant weight, intricate folding mechanism, and need for perfect leveling on potentially uneven ground (like a barn), we require and include professional setup in the rental. This ensures safe, correct assembly and protects the table from damage.

Q: How does the folding mechanism work?
A: The table features integrated locking pins. Our setup crew will unlock the pins, unfold the sturdy legs, and securely lock them into the upright position, ensuring a rock-solid table for your event.

Q: How many guests can sit at one farm table?
A: Seated on both long sides, this 84" x 40" table comfortably seats 8-10 guests (4-5 per side). For a head table with seating on one side only, it seats 4-5.

Q: What is the finish on the wood?
A: The tables have a natural, clear protective coat or a rustic stained finish that highlights the wood grain. They are sealed for durability but are natural wood, so caution with heavy moisture is advised.

Q: What is the minimum rental period?
A: The standard rental is a 24-hour period, which typically covers delivery the day before and pickup the day after your event. Multi-day rentals are available.

Q: How far in advance should I book for my wedding?
A: As a high-demand, specialty item, we recommend booking 6-9 months in advance, especially for prime spring and fall wedding dates.

Q: Can the table be used outdoors?
A: It can be used in covered, dry outdoor settings like a solid tent or pavilion. It should never be left exposed to rain, as this can damage the wood. Direct sun for prolonged periods is also not recommended.

Q: Do you provide benches or chairs with the table?
A: The table rental is for the table only. We offer a wide range of complementary chair and bench rentals (such as cross-back chairs, wooden folding chairs, or upholstered benches) to complete your rustic look.

Q: What is the weight capacity?
A: With its heavy-duty construction, the table has an extremely high weight capacity, easily supporting hundreds of pounds of food, decor, and place settings.

Q: Can we put a tablecloth on it?
A: You can, but many clients choose to show off the beautiful wood. If you use a linen, you would need a special size (e.g., 90" x 60" or larger) to cover the 40" width. A runner is a popular compromise.
