Q: What is our responsibility for cleaning the flatware?
A: Dishware and Glassware Return Policy: At pickup, all items must be returned clean. We require flatware to be washed and dried and free of food debris. Items returned dirty will not be accepted, resulting in an extra pickup fee and potential cleaning charges.
