A: Yes! We provide professional delivery for all audio rentals across the DFW metroplex. Delivery fees are calculated separately based on your venue location.

Q: Is setup included?
A: Basic setup is NOT included in the package prices but is highly available as an add-on service. Our technician can set up, do a sound check, and show you how to operate the system. This is strongly recommended for optimal performance.

Q: How do I choose between the Bose L1 and a 2-speaker system?
A: The Bose L1 excels at providing wide, even coverage in a single column, ideal for ceremonies or where aesthetics matter. The traditional 2-speaker system provides higher volume potential and directional control, better for dance parties or louder receptions.

Q: Can we plug in a laptop or phone to play music?
A: Absolutely. All mixers and Bose systems have multiple inputs including 3.5mm AUX, XLR, and Bluetooth for seamless music playback from any device.

Q: How many microphones are included?
A: Each listed package includes 1 wired microphone. Additional wireless or wired microphones can be added to any package for an extra fee.

Q: What is the power requirement?
A: All systems plug into standard 120V wall outlets. Ensure your venue has accessible power near the setup location. We can advise on extension cord needs.

Q: How far in advance should I book for a Saturday wedding?
A: For peak season (spring/fall), we recommend booking 2-3 months in advance. For other times, 3-6 weeks is usually sufficient, but earlier is always better to ensure system availability.

Q: Can the systems be used outdoors?
A: Yes, but they must be kept under cover and protected from direct rain and sun. Speakers should never be left exposed to the elements. We can advise on safe outdoor placement.

Q: Do you offer a microphone for the officiant at a wedding?
A: Yes. The included wired mic works perfectly. For more freedom, we highly recommend adding a wireless lavalier (lapel) microphone rental so the officiant can move naturally.

Q: What if we need a larger system for a very big venue?
A: We have larger speaker arrays and subwoofers available. Call us to discuss events with over 150 guests or in very large spaces like barns or tents.
